We accept the following payment types:
Prepayment
The immediately available goods will be sent by the 3rd working day (except for Saturdays) at the latest, after receipt of payment on our bank account.
Payment per direct debit
The immediately available goods will be sent by the 3rd working day (except for Saturdays) at the latest, after verification of bank account of the customer as well as receipt of payment on our bank account (according to the availability of goods).
Payment on delivery (only within Germany)
The immediately available goods will be sent after order by the 3rd working day (except for Saturdays) at the latest. The customer pays the net value of the goods plus the value added taxes (VAT) and shipping costs in cash to the delivery service commissioned by us on delivery plus the cash on delivery charge of 6,50 €.
Payment per PayPal
The immediately available goods will be sent after order by the 3rd working day (except for Saturdays) at the latest, after receipt of payment on our PayPal account. Additional charges will be held by Pink City.
Purchase on account
This mode of payment is for customers first from the second order therefore it is reserved for our customers with whom we maintain the already existing business contacts.
The non-profit and church organisations, associations as well as public organisations for example schools, hospitals and public authorities are excluded from the prepayment regulation and can order also as new customers on account.
